Q. How can we contact you?

Q. Do you have any reviews from previous guests?
A. Yes, we have had lots of positive feedback from our previous guests and you can read what they said on the guest review page!

Q. Where do we pick the keys up from?
A. You collect your keys from our management company who are located very close to Windsor Hills. Full details of key collection will be provided in the information packet which we provide once booking is complete.

Q. What is required to secure our booking?
A. A 25% deposit or $250 which ever is greater will be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 4.00pm onwards and check out is before 10.00am. Full details of the check in/out procedure will be provided in the information packet which we provide once booking is complete.

Q. Is there any security?
A. Windsor hills resort is a secure gated community with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7.

Q. Is the main swimming pool heated?
A. Yes. The main swimming pool is heated all year round at no extra charge to you.

Q. Do you supply air-conditioning and heat?
A. Yes. Our condo has central air conditioning and heating systems.

Q. Is the kitchen fully equipped?
A. Yes. our condo's kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, glasses, mugs, cups, toaster, dishwasher and everything you could possibly need!

Q. Are all linens and towels provided?
A. Yes. Fresh and clean linens and towels are provided in the condo.

Q. Are there laundry facilities?
A. Yes. There is a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Q. Is the condo cleaned daily?
A. No. The condo is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure, however for longer stays a mid-stay clean can be arranged at a additional cost.

Q. Is the condo non-smoking?
A. Yes. No smoking is allowed within the condo.

Q. Are pets allowed in the condo?
A. Sorry no pets are allowed within our condo.

Q. What if something breaks during our stay?
A. We have a local management company available, who make sure the condo is in good order. You will be provided their telephone number in the case of something was to break down.

Q. Does the lanai have a screen?
A. Yes. They have a very fine mesh screen which keeps out insects while still allowing light in.

Q. How many people can the condo sleep?
A. Our condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Q. Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
A. Yes. Every single on-site amenities is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay!
